9.5” Gyuto

9.5”  Hitachi White 1 carbon core Gyuto. Outer layers are stainless steel with a satin finish. Heel is 2.25”  and the handle is an octagonal WA made with double dyed Box Elder Burl with a pure Nickel accent.
