9.25” 21 Layer Gyuto. Hitachi Blue 2 Carbon core wrapped with 21 layer Suminagashi low carbon Damascus outers.  Heel is 2.25” and handle is an octagonal WA made with dyed Box Elder Burl and I natural Micarta accent. Blade is thin with a fine edge.
