8.5” 21 Layer Gyuto. Hitachi Blue 2 Carbon core wrapped with 21 layer Suminagashi low carbon Damascus outers.  Heel is 2.125” and handle is an octagonal WA made with Bastone Walnut and a paper Micarta accent.
