8.25” Chef + Sheath

8.25”  Hitachi White 1 carbon core Chef. Outer layers are stainless steel with a satin finish. Heel is 2” and the handle is an octagonal WA made with Russian Horn Beam. Blade comes with friction fit slip over leather saya.
