7.5” Leviathan Santoku

7.5” Hitachi White 1 carbon core Santoku. Outer layers are stainless steel with a semi-polished Leviathan Tsuchime finish. Heel is 2” and the handle is an octagonal WA made with double dyed Box Elder Burl.
