7.5” Dragon Skin Santoku

7.5” Hitachi Blue 2 carbon core Santoku. Outer layers are stainless steel with a Dragon Skin Tsuchime finish. Heel is 2.25”  and the handle is an octagonal WA made with California Buckeye and a paper Micarta accent.
