5.75” Yakitori Boning

5.75” Hitachi Blue 2 Honesuki/Deba Boning.  Outers are stainless steel with a 1.5” heel. Blade is thick and designed for Yakitori work. Handle is made with Iron Bark Eucalyptus Burl.
