7 7/8” Double Damascus Chef with a Hitachi Blue 2/ 15N20 Damascus core wrapped with 1018/ Nickel Damascus outers and a heel of 2.25”. Handle is an octagonal Wa made with spalted curly Maple burl and the ferrule/ bolster is made of black horn beam.
